Most streaming providers limit the number of simultaneous connections per account. Check your VieworaTV plan for the specific limit. Typically 1-3 devices at once.
Web player and app simultaneously
Using the web player on your laptop and an app on your phone at the same time counts as two connections. Check if your plan allows this.
Best approach for multiple viewers
If multiple people in your household want to stream simultaneously, check your plan's connection limit. You may need to upgrade to a plan with more connections.
Switching between devices
The web player works on any device, so you can start watching on your laptop and switch to your phone by opening the web player in the phone browser. Your login persists.
Multiple browser tabs
Opening the web player in multiple browser tabs on the same device may count as multiple connections. Close extra tabs if you hit a connection limit.
